Who we are

We treat every student like family

At Admint Consulting, we believe the college admissions process should be a journey of self-discovery, not a source of anxiety. Our team of expert consultants works side by side with each student to uncover their unique story, sharpen their voice, and build an application that stands out.

We don't offer cookie-cutter advice. Every student gets a fully personalized strategy built around their strengths, goals, and the schools that are the right fit, not just the most prestigious names on a list.

E
Harvard '30
"Working with my college counselor gave me the space to freely explore what I truly loved, including long conversations about Sappho and ancient literature, and that freedom shaped the path that led me to Harvard's Classics department."

Elly K, admitted to Harvard University '30

E
Columbia '27 Duke Cornell UC Berkeley UCLA
"I've decided to go to Columbia! Thank you so much for all your help before. I'm really happy to become your alum as well."

Emily Z, Columbia University '27

J
Vanderbilt '28
"My counselor was truly, truly amazing! During the application season, he helped me not just academically, but emotionally as well. He also gave very rational advice when helping me choose schools and encouraged me to take a bold shot! And from the very beginning of brainstorming to the final draft, he was incredibly responsible and dedicated."

James H, Vanderbilt University '28

S
Carnegie Mellon '26 USC Georgetown
"While working on my essays with my counselor, I felt she was extremely responsible and truly helped me a lot. Not only did she revise many of my essays, but she also patiently answered many of my transfer-related questions that weren't even about essays. When I was waitlisted at Barnard, she even proactively taught me how to write a 'love letter' and helped me revise it. I was really touched, and I feel very lucky to have met a counselor like her!"

Sarah M, Carnegie Mellon University '26

E
NYU '27
"I didn't have an SAT or TOEFL score, so getting into NYU CAS really came down to my essays! My counselor put a lot of effort into helping me brainstorm ideas and polish my writing. He improved my essays so much. I'm incredibly grateful!"

Ethan M, NYU '27

J
UChicago '25
"Rather than calling her a consultant, I'd prefer to describe it as 'chatting.' Talking with Qian didn't feel like a typical consultant-student relationship, but more like two people who met by chance and genuinely wanted to understand each other. Beyond the basic information, she cared more about my deepest, most sincere thoughts and motivations. Because of that, both my writing logic and her guidance throughout the process really struck at the heart. Although I was writing essays, every revision and every adjustment was no longer just for the application; it was for myself, to explore and reaffirm why I want to continue studying this major."

Josh Z, University of Chicago '25

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

For comprehensive application support, we recommend starting no later than the spring of junior year. This gives us time to strategize, strengthen your profile, and develop your essays without deadline pressure. For Admint Pathways, earlier is always better; many families start in 6th or 7th grade.

Our comprehensive package covers all essays: your personal statement and all supplemental essays for every school on your list. We provide detailed feedback through multiple revision rounds until your essays are truly outstanding.

We work with students nationwide via video call. Our virtual model means you get access to top-tier consulting regardless of where you live, with the same depth and quality as in-person sessions. We use shared documents and collaborative tools to make every session productive.

We work with a small number of students at a time so every client gets genuine, high-touch attention. We don't use templates or generic advice; your strategy is built from scratch around your unique story. Our track record speaks for itself: 98% of students gain admission to one of their top-choice schools.

We start with a free introductory call to understand your goals and determine whether we're the right fit. From there, we conduct a deep-dive assessment, build your customized strategy, and begin regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Every milestone (school list, activity list, essays, applications) is handled with care and precision.

Our pricing depends on the program and level of support you're looking for. We're happy to discuss packages and find an option that fits your needs. Reach out for a free consultation and we'll walk you through everything.
